He has led digital literacy training for women’s groups, supported grassroots entrepreneurs with practical tech tools, and helped establish ICT resource centres in underserved areas.
As a board member, Leonard brings valuable expertise in digital inclusion and a commitment to helping women harness technology to grow their businesses, access opportunities, and improve their livelihoods

About Kista
An agribusiness and trade development consultant enthusiast, working with NGOs to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and small holder farmers to break trade barriers and get access to local and export markets. Highly qualified and skilled in mentorship and coaching of SMEs, conducting trainings on business capacity assessment and climate smart agriculture. Passionate on women empowerment and community development activities. Conducting trainings on how to manage VSLAs (Village Savings and Loans Associations) Entrepreneurship skills, soap making, skin care product, washable sanitary towels and diapers.
